Position : Home Installation Executive

Qualification : ITI, Diploma, PUC or Graduate

Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 years

Location : Silk Board Branch (Hosur Road), Yelahanka Branch and Rajajinagar Branch - Bangalore

Number of Positions : 3

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take appointment date and time of Home Installation with customer.

• Explain all available features in the vehicle.

• Explain the emergency handling points, Safety Zones and features, Service Intervals and maintenance schedule, Toll free helpline contact numbers of M&M & dealership.

• Collect the feedback post Home Installation from the customer.

• Reports to SSI Champion and ICRE in case of any concern reported by Customer.

Requirements

• Must have good technical knowledge.

• Must be presentable and well groomed.

• Should be very hospitable.

• Should be good in public relations.

• Should be well versed in Kannada, English & Hindi Language
